FHLBSF COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
- Workforce Initiative Subsidy for Homeownership (WISH) Program
- $861,172 in down payment assistance awarded to 30 first-time homebuyer households
- Middle-Income Down Payment Assistance (MDPA) Program
- $742,000 in down payment assistance awarded to 15 first-time homebuyer households
- Empowering Black Homeownership Matching Grant Program
- $125,000 in Bank funding was matched by FHLBSF for a total of $250,000 to support seven HUD-certified nonprofit organizations across Arizona, California, and Nevada.
- Affordable Housing Program (AHP)
- $1,510,000 in AHP funds to support 179 units of affordable housing
SMALL BUSINESS AND SMALL FARM LENDING
- $45.6 million in CRA-reportable lending to small businesses and small farms
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT LENDING
- $255.8 million in CRA-qualified lending to support affordable housing, small business growth, and nonprofits that support LMl communities
CRA LENDING IMPACT
- Created and preserved 719 affordable housing units
- Created and retained 2,150 jobs benefiting lower-income individuals and households
